Submissions must be made within 6 months after the conference. Manuscripts received after this period will not be included in the Thematic Issue but may be published as regular papers upon successful peer review. All articles in this issue will be published via Open Access (OA).
Timeline:
The review process takes approximately 6 months from submission to acceptance. Publication follows within 1-2 months after acceptance, and indexing is expected 4-6 weeks after publication.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all the accepted papers of MEA 2025 will be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) (ISSN: 1742-6596), and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
