Li Jianian, PhD, Professor. Member of the Faculty Committee at Kunming University of Science and Technology, Discipline Leader in Smart Agriculture, Yunnan Provincial High-Level Talent (Young Category), Deputy Secretary-General of the Yunnan Agricultural Engineering Society, Expert at the Yunnan Provincial Expert Grassroots Research Station,  Member of the Artificial Intelligence and Agricultural Robotics Committee and the Youth Science and Technology Committee of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering,  Young Editorial Board Member of the Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agricultural Engineering and the Journal of Intelligent Agricultural Equipment. Wentao, PhD, Professor, Postdoctoral Fellow in the United States, Doctoral Supervisor, Recipient of the Hunan Province Outstanding Youth Science Fund, and Young Key Teacher in Regular Universities of Hunan Province. Dean of the School of Mechanical and Intelligent Manufacturing at Central South University of Forestry and Technology, concurrently serving as Vice Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Society of Agricultural Machinery and Engineering and Deputy Secretary-General of the Hunan Provincial Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. Mainly engaged in research on information perception technology and sensors for agricultural and forestry products, as well as intelligent agri-forestry equipment. Feiqi Deng was born in 1962. He received the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, in June 1997. Since October 1999, he has been a professor with South China University of Technology. He is currently a senior member of IEEE, a fellow of CAA, a member of Technical Committee on Control Theory (TCCT), and now he is serving as the chair of the IEEE CSS Guangzhou Chapter, the director of the TCCT Technical Committee on Stochastic System Control, the vice editor-in-chief of Journal of South China University of Technology, and associated editor of Mathematical Modeling and Control etc. His main research interests include stability, stabilization and Control of of complex systems, including time delay systems and stochastic systems etc.
